An Evergreen Shrub native to South Africa

Native to the district of Cederberg known as "Rooibos Red Tea Bush Tea. It is the only place in the world it will grow.

It is considered a herb and has no caffeine.

The plant is cut with axes, bruised between rollers, drawing out enzymes to trigger the fermentation process.

this creates it's unique flavor & sweet aroma.
